The Arab Center for Mind, Brain, & Behavior (ACMBB) is the first and unique interdiceplinary center of its kind for with main focus on the Mind, Brain, & Behavior aspects of the Arab community in Israel.
ACMBB
The Arab Center for Mind, Brain, & Behavior (ACMBB) was established in 2009 as a registered non-profit and non-political organization . The main goal of ACMBB is to elucidate the structure, function, evolution, development, and pathology of the nervous system in relation to human behavior and mental life. The emergence of the ACMBB is an innovative initiative dealing with the urgent need for a unique, pioneer and special focus and interest in the Mind, Brain, & Behavior aspects of the Arab community in Israel. The ACMBB embraces a multi-disciplinary and multi-methodological approach, representing the convergence of the disciplines psychology, neuroscience, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and molecular biology, contributing to the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. The Center's mission also encompasses humanistic perspectives of disciplines as philosophy, religion, history, languages, and literature on mind, brain, and behavior with cultural focus.

An Arab society in which people live in Mental, cognitive, emotional and behavioral well- being that
contribute to the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice of Mind, Brain & Behavior field.
Our Mission
To develop the Arab Center for Mind, Brain & Behavior (ACMBB) as a knowledge ' science and practice based institution to enhance the capacity of the Arab community dealing with theoretical and practical issues of mental health and well being by improving the public awareness of issues and phenomena associated with mind, brain, & behavior and their relations, in addition to fostering inquiry, research, and practice of mind, brain & behavior.
